Registration Details

All Players will be wait-listed at the start of registration. This is new and will allow for a cleaner process for the volunteers and families.

It is simple.

  1. Register your player(s) as soon as registration opens.
  2. In the coming days/weeks, your player will be removed from the waitlist, in the order that you registered, and you will receive a prompt to pay.

This new process will allow us to handle registration as quickly as possible, while also balancing divisions.

All waitlisted players will be notified as spots become available no later than the end of January.

Please send questions about wait lists or volunteering to [email protected] or [email protected].

VOLUNTEERING

Registration and waitlist clearance is determined in part by the amount of coaches we sign up. Coach with a friend! If you have someone in mind that you would like to coach with, we will do our best to honor it. If you do not have someone, we will try to pair you with someone in the same school district.

WAIT LIST

EVERYONE will be wait listed at the start of registration. We want to include as many players as possible, however due to high demand wait lists are used to guarantee enough volunteers, balanced teams, and field availability.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your registration, please contact us at [email protected].

Service fees charged by Sports Connect, our website vendor, are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee a minimum number of games and refunds are not given.
